1. Open the Recorder page.
2. Choose a source: entire screen, application window, or browser tab.
3. Toggle microphone and system audio as needed.
4. Hit Start. Grant browser permission when prompted.
5. Stop when done — the file downloads automatically.

• Ctrl+Shift+R — Start a new recording
• Space — Pause / resume the current recording
• Esc — Stop the current recording

Choose between 720p, 1080p, 1440p, and 2160p at 24/30/60 fps. Video bitrate is configurable from 1 Mbps to 20 Mbps. Higher settings produce larger files.

ScreenFlow never uploads your recording. All processing happens inside your browser using the native MediaRecorder API. The output blob is handed to the browser's download machinery — nothing else touches it.
